Don t buy out! AC Milan official bid farewell to 35-year-old Walker, but failed to trigger his 5 million euro option buyout clause
AC Milan officially released a news release, announcing that it would say goodbye to Manchester City renter Kyle Walker and not exercise its buyout clause.
AC Milan posted a poster saying goodbye to Walker, with the words "Thank you, Kyle" written in the poster, with the attached text: "I'm glad to meet you, Kyle".
Walker joined on loan last season and played 16 games as a defender for AC Milan. Walker's lease contains a buyout clause of 5 million euros, but it was not triggered.
35-year-old Walker will return to Manchester City, with his existing contract with Manchester City still one year left.
