According to The Athletic, Liverpool will not rent him out after signing Parma defender Leoni.
TA's report pointed out that Liverpool has reached an agreement with Parma on the transfer of 18-year-old central defender Leoni, with a fee of £26 million plus additional terms. Leoni has been allowed to go to Liverpool to agree on personal terms and have a medical examination, which is expected to begin on Thursday. Liverpool plans to allow Leoni to integrate into the first team immediately in the new season, completely eliminating any possibility of loan.
