The jury consists of professional reporters: 100 people in the men's Golden Globe Awards and 50 people in the women's Golden Globe Awards. FIFA's top 100 (top 50 women's) countries sent a representative journalist to vote for the Golden Globe individual awards.

Each reporter needs to select the top ten, the corresponding points are: 15 points in the first place, 12 points in the second place, 10 points in the third place, 8 points in the fourth place, 7 points in the fifth place... until 1 point in the tenth place.
