Recently, NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal talked about a story about him and Heat President Pat Riley at the Heat on the podcast "Straight Game Podcast".
O'Neal: "He (Rally) always has a clock on his body. One day Jason Williams was late, but only half a second late. He said, 'Hey guy, get out.' I told Jason, we won't do this to you. You know, he had just sent Antoine Walker and other teammates away, and the whole team lost in a defeat.
So when he told Jason to get out, I said, it's impossible, he won't leave.
He said, 'Then you get out of him.' I called him, 'TMD, if you have a kind of kindness, you can trade me.' Then we had some conflicts, and the next day I was traded away."
Shaquille O'Neal was traded to the Heat in 2004, won the championship with the team in 2006, and left the Heat in 2008.
