Vincent: Heart disease makes Brownie value basketball more. This will hone a strong determination
Recently, Lakers player Gabe Vincent was interviewed by ESPN and talked about Brownie James' health issues.
Two years ago, Brownie suffered a cardiac arrest due to congenital heart defects, and the subsequent surgery left a 6-inch (about 15 cm) scar in the center of her chest.
In response, Vincent said: "When he was so young, he was temporarily separated from the game in that way (whether it was an injury or other reasons), and I think it gave him a different value for basketball.
