Fabregas: In my playing career, Conte was the most tactically meticulous and demanding

Fasciano admitted that Conte's greatest influence on him was in the almost imperceptible details on the field, whether it was the player's positioning, marking methods, or the execution of the overall structure, all reflected extremely high tactical requirements.

Xiaofa said: "He often lets us watch a lot of videos, do a lot of analysis, and do a lot of 11-on-10 training. Everything pays attention to details. There is no doubt that he is one of the most demanding and structurally detailed coaches I have ever encountered on a tactical level."

Conte's "tactical obsessive-compulsive disorder" has also affected Fabregas's approach as a coach to some extent.
