James: Some kids are allowed to participate in only one sport all year round and are exhausted when they are young

Today, Lakers forward James' podcast program "The Brain of the Field" aired in the ninth episode of the second season, with James, Doncic and host Nash talking about many topics.

Nash: "How many times do you drive by the park now? "

James: "It's hard to see."

Nash: "Your two sons have just experienced a complete youth training system. Do they go to the park to play with their friends?"

James: "It's rare. Very rare. They do occasionally go outdoors, but most of them play indoors and in training programs. Most of my children Time lives in southern Florida and southern California, so there is no reason they don’t go outdoors. If they grow up most of the time in Ohio, I can understand that it’s going through four seasons in a year and it’s hard to go to the outdoor court when the snow is 6 feet thick or it’s raining heavily. That’s not the case.

"I said that kids are not allowed to go outside to explore all sports, including basketball, football, football, lacrosse, track and field. My buddies and I also played track and field when we were very young. We were still playing American football when we arrived in high school. We are not limited to one thing, we have not been involved in a sport for a whole year. I think many children just run out of energy. You tell them, OK, I just played one thing all year, I only played basketball, or volleyball, or just played football all year, and you exhausted your energy at the age of 22, 23, or 24 because you have been playing basketball since you were very young. They would say, ‘Go to him, I won’t play anymore, I don’t want to play anymore. ’I don’t think these kids should be restricted, they should explore. ”
